UK’s Best Consultancy to Work For

We’ve been named the UK’s best consultancy to work for, and the 10th best mid-size employer in the UK.

Earlier this year, we revealed that we’d been ranked as the number one best consultancy to work for, and the UK’s eighth best mid-size employer, according to Best Companies’ quarter three rankings. So we eagerly awaited the overall results for 2022, which were announced this week.

Best Consultancy

We were delighted to hold the top spot in the sector rankings, maintaining our position as the best consultancy to work for in the UK. With stiff competition from consultancies of all sizes throughout the country, reaching the top spot has been all the more rewarding.

Best Companies produces its league tables based on a combination of employee feedback, employer reporting and a rigorous analysis of workplace culture. Their process makes them one of the most highly respected sources when it comes to employee engagement and wellbeing.

Top Ten Mid-Size Employers

In addition to winning Best Consultancy to work for, Tritility also landed a place in the national Top 10 Best Mid-Size Employers list. To gain a place in this category, organisations must demonstrate outstanding commitment to employee engagement.

We were delighted to take part in a studio discussion for Best Companies Live. Hosted by Dan Walker, this three-day broadcast not only reveals the national league tables, it also enables entrants to share ideas for further improvement.

We joined panellists from TravelPerk, the7stars and YMCA Together to discuss the success of our LEAD management training programme and health and wellbeing strategy. We also learned how our fellow panellists are employing similar innovations.

Regional Winners

Finally, we once again made the Top 10 Best Employers in the North East list. This category means a great deal to us, given our long-term commitment to promoting social mobility in the region through apprenticeships and other training schemes.

The Journey Continues

When we reached similar heights last year, we pledged to continue our efforts to maintain a positive, inclusive and healthy working environment. True to our word, we increased our investment in wellbeing, training and development. We ran a series of educational health campaigns throughout the year, earning us a Silver Better Health at Work Award.

Such accolades mean a great deal to us, but we will not rest on our laurels. We’ll continue to listen to our employees, keep an open mind, and keep sight of our key values – not least ‘We Put People First’.
