We’re the number one best energy consultants to work for in the UK, and the UK’s eighth best mid-size employer, according to Best Companies’ quarter three rankings.
Tritility was ranked the UK’s number one best consultancy to work for. We were also named the fourth best employer in the north east, and the eighth best mid-size employer overall.
This is in addition to our being classified as World Class to Work For, with the maximum three out of three stars for employee engagement.
Best Companies announced its quarter three results on Friday, revealing the UK’s best employers by region, size and sector. The league tables were announced on the Best Companies Live stream, which also features discussions from participants and experts.
Listings are compiled following an in-depth analysis of employee feedback, as well as data relating to staff demographics and turnover rates. Their methodology makes them one of the best respected sources on employer performance and engagement.
Our positions in this year’s league tables surpasses those of last year, as we have continued to build a culture of wellbeing throughout a period of sustained growth.
In addition to winning Best Companies to Work For status, in the past year we have also gained a Silver Better Health at Work Award for our efforts in improving employee wellbeing. Bex Carins, who coordinates our wellbeing initiatives, won Health Advocate of the Year for the Sunderland region. We’ve also trained additional mental health first aiders, and won a TELCA Diversity and Wellbeing Award.
