Tritility's Partnership with Colwyn Bay FC

We’re proud to announce that we’re an official partner to Colwyn Bay FC.

As part of our commitment to helping businesses take control of their utilities, we’ll be supporting the Welsh club to improve energy efficiency, make savings and reduce their carbon footprint.

Taking the hard work out of energy management

As part of our partnership, we’ll provide advice, consultancy and energy management tools to the club. By working with us, they can spend less time and money managing their utilities and more time doing what they do best. We also hope to support the club’s commercial partners to make substantial savings, forging lasting relationships throughout North Wales and beyond.

Common goals

The relationship has arisen from a shared desire to promote sustainability and energy efficiency. We also hold a number of common values, making the two organisations an ideal fit.

Colwyn Bay FC’s Commercial Manager, Ben Leggatt, said: “We at Colwyn Bay Football Club are delighted to be partnering with Tritility, who become our first official energy partners.

“We’re excited by the prospect of working closely with Tritility, to not only better manage our utilities, but also to work on becoming more energy efficient in the future. Both of us share a number of core beliefs, including honesty and transparency, and we’re delighted to become the first Welsh Club to begin this new partnership with Tritility.

“We would also encourage any of our commercial and business partners to get in touch, and we’ll happily introduce them to the team at Tritility if they are in need of any assistance with their utilities.”

A proud history and a bright future

We’re honoured to be involved with one of the best supported clubs in the country, with a rich history stretching back to 1881.

As the official Energy partners of the club, we have already secured savings on their energy contracts, and will be working hard to help them become more energy efficient.

As part of our commitment to Colwyn Bay we would like to extend our services to all of the current commercial partners of the club, as well as businesses in the surrounding areas. Once we are able, we’ll be hosting business networking events at the stadium as well as online events in the meantime.

Andrew Marley, Head of Partnerships at Tritility commented, “I’m excited about the partnership with Colwyn Bay F.C. This is a great opportunity for us to put something back into the area, and help other businesses with their utilities. I look forward to a long and successful relationship.”

Kieran Emery, Business Development Manager with Tritility said, “I’m really looking forward to developing our relationship with Colwyn Bay FC and working with businesses in the area. As a football fan I can’t wait for my first experience watching Welsh football when the season gets under way.”
