Our Business Continuity Commitment

As we move into a second national lockdown, now is an apt time to remind clients of our commitment to service continuity.

When Coronavirus first hit in Spring, we brought in a raft of measures enabling our staff to work safely from the office. Daily temperature checks, social distancing, a mask policy and sanitation protocols have all been put in place, and are being monitored regularly. This means we’re fully equipped to move seamlessly into this lockdown period with little to no disruption.

Maintaining our proactive approach

During this time of economic uncertainty, we know that many of our clients will be looking to reduce their overheads. This may include reviewing energy use, which is why our consultants will be as active as ever over the lockdown period.

The team will remain at their desks, providing guidance and support with the same proactive, client-focused approach as always.

Just in case…

If any of our team members do need to self-isolate, or if we need to reduce the number of support staff in the office, we have equipment ready to set up secure home working.

We can divert our phones without any change to our contact details, so our customers can still get in touch in the usual way if we move to a remote working model.

We know things may feel uncertain, but rest assured it’s business as usual here at Tritility. No long wait times, no skeleton staff – we’re here for you no matter what the next few weeks bring.

If you’re a Tritility client and would like to talk to us, you can call our Client Services team on 0191 694 1234 or email customerservice@tritility.com.

If you’re not yet a client and would like to find out how much you could save on your energy, get in touch. We guarantee to save you money against your supplier’s initial renewal quote or we’ll pay you £500.
