Tritility is a fast-growing company with locations in Washington and Jarrow. We’ve grown from just four staff in 2019 to over 140 in 2022, and we’re looking to expand our team even further.

We also run a Health and Wellbeing Committee, and an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion forum to ensure we are doing our utmost to support our employees.
We provide pathways to leadership for our talented staff, including our LEAD management training programme. Run by our in-house training experts, it and equips our employees with the skills they need to progress in their careers.
Our work on wellbeing and diversity has been recognised through a number of awards and accreditations. In 2021, we won the TELCA Wellbeing and Diversity Award, and received the Better Health at Work Bronze accreditation. We were also recognized as World Class to Work For by Best Companies, and as one of the Top 10 Mid-Size Employers to work for in the UK.
We officially became a Living Wage Employer in September 2019, and we were the first Business Energy Consultancy in the region to do so.
We believe that recognising our employees’ achievements is vital. To celebrate and reward hard work, we organise regular events, such as the TriStar Awards, seasonal celebrations and team activities, like the Cumbrian Challenge and Walking Home For Christmas. We also run a staff recognition presentation every Friday to showcase birthdays, work anniversaries, probation passes, and to reward great work with the Star Of The Week trophy.
