Following last year's TELCA win, we have once again been nominated for two awards. To make the shortlist in the Best Customer Service - SME and Wellbeing & Diversity categories, we've demonstrated a strong commitment to outstanding customer care, and to the health and wellbeing of our staff.
Last year, we won the Diversity Pioneers Award, due to our approach to inclusion and social mobility. We've made even greater progress since then, launching our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion forum, opening the Kickstart Academy, and expanding and reinforcing our company policies.
The fact that wellbeing has now been added to the category comes as welcome news. Employee health and wellbeing is extremely important to us, and we've invested a great deal of resources into wellbeing initiatives this year. We have plans to increase this further in 2022.
Since our nomination in the same category last year, our customer service function has gone from strength to strength. The team has expanded, and has pulled together to help our customers get even greater value from our service.
TELCA will take place on 1st December 2021 at IET in London. Attendees can expect up to date industry insights, while celebrating successes of what has been a year of great change.
