Tritility Celebrates Significant Growth

Over the last three months, we have undergone significant growth across the business. Not only has construction work finished on our second office expansion at our site in Washington, but in July we also celebrated the milestone of reaching a headcount of 50 employees – representing a doubling of size over the last 6 months.

Our ambitious recruitment plans are set to continue for the rest of 2020. Our new office expansion has allowed us to create an additional 30 living wage jobs while remaining COVID-19 Secure and adhering to Department of Health guidance.

In January 2019, Tritility was founded with only four employees, including our two directors Jamie Wyatt and Jonathan Gould. We’ve significantly invested in both our premises and people over the last 18 months to create a positive and healthy working environment, allowing talented individuals to shine in the energy sector. We are proud of the reputation we’re building as a ‘genuine alternative’ to some of the large energy consultancy call centres within the North East and on the back of this, the last few months have also seen many very experienced and talented staff join us from more established, larger consultancies, attracted by our positive culture and environment.

To further support our growth during the remainder of 2020 and beyond, we have also recently invested in additional in-house infrastructure and support staff, including full-time positions in Training, Finance, IT, Legal and Recruitment.

Jamie Wyatt, Director, speaking about the company’s growth, said:

“We are all delighted with the progress that we’ve made over the last 18 months and the hard work of our team in helping to create the foundation to grow our business. Our latest expansion adds capacity for us to create another 30 living wage jobs in the North East. I am particularly proud of the recognition we are receiving as an alternative working environment to some of the other larger, North East based energy consultancies and that we continue to attract great talent because of our culture and our philosophy of putting people first. One of my main objectives is to ensure that we maintain this culture as we continue with our growth.”

We continue to recruit talented and motivated people across a range of roles within the business, including lead generators, energy consultants and administration assistants.
