In our meet the team video, we spoke to the lovely Claire about why she loves working at Tritility. Claire recently joined our team in September as a lead generator and has worked in energy for over 4 years. One of the questions we asked her was ‘what her biggest bugbear was about working with other energy businesses?
“There’s no compassion, there’s no individually… you’re just a number where here (Tritility) completely different, you feel as if you’re a valued person and not just a payroll number at the end of the month.”
At Tritility we pride ourselves on creating a positive working environment for all our employees. We regularly provided in-house expert training, plus exciting incentives and prizes to recognise their achievements. On top of this, Tritility is also accredited as a Living Wage Employer. This is a commitment we have made to all employees receiving a minimum hourly wage of £9.00 in the UK or £10.55 in London. Both rates are significantly higher than the government minimum for over 25s, which currently stands at £7.83 per hour.
