Since we started out two years ago, much has changed. For a start, we've gone from a team of four to a team over over 100 employees. Our website has served us well, but now is the time for something fresh.
Our client base is now made up of thousands of businesses of varying sizes. We wanted to create a site that meets the increasingly diverse needs of our clients, and which reflects the flexible nature of our approach to customer service.
Saving businesses money remains at the heart of what we do, but we add value beyond that of a mere price comparison service. From procuring exactly the right contracts for our clients to managing every aspect of their utilities, we continue to add value throughout our time working together. Not only this, we provide tools and hardware to help businesses stay in control of their usage and manage their carbon footprint. And if a client is moving premises, we can set up all their new connections.
Our new website better reflects the comprehensive, tailored and flexible nature of our approach to client care.
Life at Tritility has changed a great deal this year, and that's not just because of our increasing employee numbers. We've renovated and expanded our Washington office, taken on additional premises in Jarrow, and opened the Tritility Academy. But we've worked hard to keep our positive, inclusive working culture, which led to our being named fifth best company to work for in the North East.
