Tritility has recently teamed up with Judith Hamilton, Freelance Finance Consultant and Founder of Evimero, to offer voluntary, fully funded Financial Wellness group and one-to-one sessions for all our employees.

Putting People First

We want to ensure our employees maintain a healthy relationship with money, as well as understand the financial opportunities available to them. That’s where Judith Hamilton steps in, a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and trained Business Coach with 30 years of experience.

Every Quarter, Judith visits our office to run a Financial Wellness Day, available to all staff. Our second session ran last week with great success as Judith held various group workshops, educating us on how to better invest our money. Many attended the workshop, learning about buying property to rent, exploring the stocks and shares market, or understanding how to create a better budgeting strategy.

Creating a Healthier Relationship with Money

In addition to the group workshops, many of our employees scheduled one-to-one financial advice sessions, one of which was Paul.

‘Judith’s advice has helped me a lot to understand my own financial situation. Her sessions are informative, no matter your age or what stage of your career you’re at. I’ve wanted to explore the rental market, buying, and letting out properties, for some time now but felt I’ve lacked the help and support to do it. Now I’m in a much better position to get started.

Earlier this year, Tritility also participated in the HSBC Financial webinars, allowing our employees to attend sessions privately or in a group, with topics including ‘Budgeting’ or ‘First Time Buyer’.
