We Celebrate Five Years of Growth

Food, drinks, and treats all around...

It may sound like any other Friday here. But this time, we were celebrating something extra special: our fifth birthday!

Now that the confetti's settled, let's look back at all the wins that bring us here today.

Sustainable Roots

This year we’re renewing our commitment to sustainability with a donation to the Woodland Trust, the largest woodland conservation charity in the UK. We've donated a tree for every year we've been in business and we're already excited to visit them in Low Burnhall, Durham.

The Woodland Trust care for more than 1,000 woods across the UK. We're proud to support their important work in protecting British forests.

Three World-Class Years

For Best Companies, a "World-Class" workplace has a high-performing culture, where employees feel engaged, satisfied, and included. For three years in a row, our employees have voted Tritility as World Class to Work for, recognising our culture and values.

Energy Solutions

From expert advice to hardware installation, we offer businesses everything they need to improve their energy efficiency. Over the years, we’ve invested in research and development of our Energy Monitoring System, which gives our clients full energy data visibility helping them reduce their energy, gas, and carbon emissions. This is only one example of our innovative approach to energy management with more developments to come.

Wellbeing Wins

We listen to our employees, and we care about their career satisfaction. That's why we've expanded our benefits, training, and private health coverage, including dental, optical, and mental health support.

Better Health Turns Gold

After two Better Health at Work Awards, our team ramped up our wellbeing strategy and went for the Gold. With our new three-year plan in place, we've prepared campaigns, more employee wellbeing initiatives, drop-in sessions, team activities and health events at work. More exciting plans are in progress with news we’ll announce very soon.

The Better Health at Work Award encourages employers to think beyond the immediate causes of poor health. For more information, visit their website.

Good Business Rewarded

Putting people first is what we do best, and the Good Business Charter recognises that commitment. In 2023, we met all ten criteria of fair working hours, taking care of employees, being inclusive, environmentally responsible, making timely payments, and committing to our clients.

This February, we're celebrating Good Business Week alongside other accredited companies in the North East.

TriStar Success

We love celebrating wins, big and small. And no celebration’s bigger than our TriStar Awards, an all-expenses-paid event recognising our team’s achievements over the year.

Community in Action

We're proud to support local organisations and charities.

Throughout 2023, we helped 4Louis fund their vital service to the community in the Great North Run and the Colour Obstacle Rush, and we volunteered in their Sunderland workshops. The charity also received £25 for each employee who took part in the Best Companies' B-Heard survey, raising £2,500.
