We’ve always enjoyed an early Friday finish here at Tritility, hanging up our headsets at 3:00 at the end of each week. But now, the weekend will arrive even sooner for our consultants. After a successful trial, we’ve introduced a 1pm finish time for the team, every Friday.
The team’s response to the change has been unanimously positive. “The whole sales floor has had a huge lift from enjoying the 1pm finish,” said Stephen, Head of Sales. “Spending more time with family and friends in the great weather has benefitted everyone all round.”
