We’re delighted to announce the opening of a brand new Tritility Academy. Not only will the Academy bring new jobs to the region, it’ll also open doors to a wider pool of talented candidates.
The complexity of the industry has previously required us to recruit consultants with business-to-business energy experience. However, our successful participation in the Kickstart Scheme last year has enabled us to build a comprehensive learning and development programme that’ll boost the prospects of candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds.
This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals to learn new skills and open up new career opportunities.
Trainee Energy Consultants will learn about the business energy sector under the supervision of our in-house experts, and will receive full pay throughout their training.
Successful candidates will then graduate onto our buzzing sales floor as fully-fledged Energy Consultants. Working in our large, well-equipped Jarrow office, they’ll be given a clear route to success, with the potential to earn significant and uncapped commission from the first pound of revenue they generate.
For our staff, development doesn’t end once the induction period is complete. We offer ongoing opportunities for professional growth, including personalised development plans and fully-funded college courses. We also provide pathways to senior sales and management roles via our LEAD training programme.
The new trainee roles come part and parcel with out rapid growth over the past three years. In 2021 we expanded from one site to two, increased our headcount from 70 to over 130 and earned numerous industry recognitions and awards for our commitment to employee care.
