Tritility is expanding its strategic vision with the appointment of two new directors to its leadership team.

Martin Needham joins us as Commercial Director, and Zoe Watson joins us as Marketing Director.

Martin has over 24 years of experience in the utilities sector in a range of sales and business development roles.

He said: “Tritility is one of the emerging leaders of the energy brokerage industry, and I’m looking forward to getting started in the new Commercial Director role. My goal is to develop and implement new strategies, develop brand-new partnerships, and align departments to increase revenue and boost growth across the whole business.”

Zoe Watson joins Tritility with nearly two decades of marketing expertise, having recently served as Head of Marketing for a competing energy broker.

She said: “It’s an exciting time to work in the energy sector, supporting the challenges faced by business owners with the move towards Net Zero and carbon reporting. My aim is to build relationships with businesses to become a trusted resource, define Tritility’s marketing vision to align with business goals, and develop a high-performing marketing team.”

Martin and Zoe will be part of the senior leadership team, responsible for the overall direction, strategy, and performance of Tritility, helping to ensure long-term success.

“New Skills and New Experiences”

Jonathan Gould, Director and Co-Founder of Tritility said: “We’ve grown significantly over the past few years, which has led to structural changes across the business to better support our customers.

It’s fantastic to welcome Martin and Zoe to the Tritility team. They both have excellent, ambitious ideas to drive the business forward, and I’m looking forward to seeing the changes and growth they bring in the months and years to come.”

Success in 2024… and Beyond

2024 has been a year of change and evolution for Tritility. We opened our second office in Leicester in February, creating 40 new jobs and additional support for businesses in the Midlands and the South.

We also became the first official energy partner of the Dundee Academy, supporting young players and offering energy management services to local businesses in the area.

“This year is our 5th year in business, and it’s all down to the efforts of our team,” said Jonathan. “We work in an environment where everyone supports each other and celebrates victories both large and small.

“At Tritility we are proud of our culture of respect, recognition, and wellbeing – and the gold award we won at the Better Health at Work Awards this year shows we are on the right track.

“We build strong, long-lasting relationships in the workplace, as well as with our valued clients, which is why we’ve seen so much success since we founded Tritility in 2019.”
