Tritility wins TELCA Wellbeing and Diversity Award!
We’re delighted to have won, making this our second consecutive winning year.
Tritility wins TELCA Wellbeing and Diversity Award!
This year, we were nominated in both the Best Customer Service – SME and Diversity and Wellbeing categories.
Nominees for the Wellbeing and Diversity Award showed outstanding dedication to employee care – an area that is extremely important to us as a business. Since we were formed in 2019, the principles of fairness, employee care, wellbeing and equality have been central to our values.
Health and Wellbeing Committee
Last year, we were honoured to receive the TELCA Diversity Pioneers Award. Since then, we have not stopped working hard to improve even further, launching a raft of health and well-being initiatives, from Fitness Fridays to stop smoking campaigns.
These campaigns are delivered by our dedicated health and wellbeing committee. Their role is to continuously monitor the health of the workforce and engage staff with topics related to health and wellbeing.
Our efforts to protect and support staff during the pandemic contributed to us being named one of the 10 best mid-sized employers in the UK by Best Companies in April. We were also listed as one of the best five employers in the North East.
We also earned a Better Health at Work Bronze Award in September, and we are now working towards our Silver accreditation.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Forum
Earlier this year, we formed a staff Equality, Diversity and Inclusion forum. The aim of the forum is to give employees a voice on this vital topic. Gone are the days of top-down Equality and Diversity strategies and generic policies. Positive change can only come when we start listening to employees, and we have pledged not only to listen, but to allocate all the necessary resources to putting the forum’s recommendations into practice.
