Tritility announces brand new employee benefits package
We pride ourselves on our employee care and the benefits we offer. So much so that earlier this year, we were named the UK’s Best Consultancy to Work for, and one of the top 10 mid-size employers in the UK.
But that doesn’t mean we get to rest on our laurels. Instead, we continue to explore new ways to improve our employee wellbeing and benefits package. And this starts by listening to our employees.
After several months of working behind the scenes, we’re excited to finally share our new and improved employee benefits.
New Benefits for All Employees
Having a positive work-life balance was opted as one of the most important benefits to our staff. And whilst additional paid holiday over Christmas was already included in our original benefit package, now we offer more flexibility and control over time off, with the ability to buy and sell vacation days.
We’ve also added an extra paid day off dedicated to volunteering at any charity. This is a valuable experience that reflects our employees’ personal values.
To help our employees stay active, we improved our JD Gym membership benefit to include any local gym membership up to £30 and introduced our cycle to work scheme for more affordable and eco-friendly commuting.
Other new benefits we’ve added include 1-2-1 sessions with our financial advisor, fully funded long-distance courses through Education Partnership North East (EPNE) and an extra day off on birthdays.
Celebrating Achievements
When it comes to celebrations, we’re always excited to reward our employees’ achievements and milestones. That’s why we have Employee Appreciation Fridays, where our teams are recognised for their accomplishments, as well as enjoy an early Friday finish. Additionally, we have plenty of free parking on our premises to save our employees that precious extra time.
And because rewards are just as important as compensation, our commission structure is fair and simple for everyone, paid from the first £1 of revenue.
Our Focus on Health and Wellbeing
We’re proud to have received the Silver Better Health at Work Award for our commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of our employees. And we’re not stopping there. In addition to providing free fresh fruit each week, we have our onsite mental health first aiders to offer support, as well as our AXA Employee Assistance Programme and private health insurance with dental and optical coverage.
