We’re proud to announce that Tritility is Good Business Charter accredited.

Great Values Add up to Good Business

We’ve always put people first in everything we do, and becoming a part of the Good Business Charter is just one of the many ways we’re continuing to strengthen this commitment.

To gain this important accreditation, UK businesses and organisations must meet the Charter’s high standards in areas such as fairer hours and contracts, employee wellbeing and representation, diversity and inclusion, environmental responsibility, fair tax payment, customer commitment, ethical sourcing, and prompt payment.

These commitments align with Tritility’s core values, as co-founder and Director Jamie Wyatt notes:

“We’re really proud to join the Good Business Charter, particularly because it represents the values that have been at the heart of Tritility since day one.”

“For the past four years, we’ve strived for positive change within the industry, not just for our clients but for our employees too. We’re proud that Tritility has been recognised for this and look forward to seeing where this partnership can take us in the future.”

Industry Leaders from Day One

Providing fair pay to our employees has always been a priority for us. In September 2019, we were the first Business Energy Consultancy in the region to become a Living Wage Employer.

Since then, we’ve earned our Bronze and Silver Better Health at Work accreditations, and we’ve been recognised as the best consultancy to work for in the UK.

As a Disability Confident and Mindful Employer, we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels comfortable, included, and supported. In addition to providing equal opportunities, our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Forum empowers our people and gives them a voice, while our dedicated mental health first aiders offer ongoing support to all employees.

Our commitment to such values has been further recognised through awards such as the TELCA Diversity Pioneers Award in December 2020 and the TELCA Diversity and Wellbeing Award in 2021.

Doing Our Bit for Net Zero

In the past four years, we have made it our mission to promote sustainable business methods. As an official Future Net Zero Solution Partner, we provide carbon accounting tools and expert advice to help our clients achieve their carbon reduction goals.

We are also committed to reducing our own carbon footprint through powering our Jarrow office with 100% renewable energy from our on-site solar panels, and we’re upgrading our company car fleet to hybrid vehicles.

Tritility’s in Good Company

With the Good Business Charter, Tritility joins a network of blue-chip businesses and organisations such as Aviva, Northumbrian Water Group and TSB Bank, all taking the pledge towards responsible business practices.
