Team Tritility Completes Their Second Cumbrian Challenge

Tritility took part in their second annual Cumbrian Challenge last weekend, raising money for the remarkable veterans charity Walking with the Wounded.
Team Tritility
Our team this year was Dylan, Andy, Emma, and Louis, who all took part in the 26km Challenge, tackling nine peaks in the Lake District along the way. Our very own Deb also participated as part of the Project Belief team, making their way around the 10km course.
Dylan first took part in the challenge back in September 2021. Not to be deterred by the gruelling course, he was first in line to sign up again in 2022. Speaking with him after the 26km challenge, he said “Months of planning, fundraising and the occasional bit of training have paid off, resulting in raising more money for vulnerable veterans. Team Tritility battled sore knees, blisters, heat exhaustion and sun burn but it was all worth it to support this amazing cause.
“Hats off to Deb who completed the one peak route as well as Andy, Emma and Louis who finished the ‘Tough’ nine peaks route, along with myself, in great spirits. Every penny that goes towards this inspirational charity counts, so thank you to everyone who sponsored us.”
Walking With the Wounded
Walking with the Wounded is a charity that helps disadvantaged veterans to re-integrate back into society and sustain their independence. It’s events such as the Cumbrian Challenge, and the fundraising behind it, that makes it all possible.
Well done to everyone who took part this year.
