Why Tritility is proud to be recruiting
We’re proud of the fact we’re looking to recruit multiple new team members to join us here at Tritility. Having Scott on the team is a big step in the right direction in terms of business growth. Speaking to our Energy Director, Jamie Wyatt, he explained how he’s keen to keep the business growing well in to 2020 as well as the benefits which Tritility can offer their employees.
“We are at an exciting time for business growth and have ambitious growth plans for 2020 and beyond. However, we can only achieve this by bringing the right people into the business. Our people are our most valuable asset and we recognise that now is the time invest into a dedicated resource to oversee recruitment. We are delighted to have Scott join us and are confident that his experience will greatly assist our growth.
The introduction of an internal recruiter goes alongside the other steps we have implemented to foster a business culture aimed at attracting and retaining experienced energy professionals such as our commitment to the Real Living Wage and our commitment to avoid exploitative employment practices. We also have an ongoing campaign to improve employee wellbeing throughout the business by introducing private health insurance, gym memberships and our employee assistance programme provided by AXA PPP, giving employees access to round the clock advice, support, guidance and emotional counselling.”
