We’re pleased to introduce Louise Moses as the newest member of our leadership team. Louise has joined us as Operations Director, bringing over two decades of experience in operational leadership. We’re confident that her expertise and strategic vision will play a key role in driving Tritility forward.

Louise has spent over 20 years leading teams, streamlining processes, and finding smarter ways of doing business. Her previous role as Head of Operational Support at Morrison Energy Services saw her leading a range of transformation projects, improving efficiency and performance across the board.

But what really sets Louise apart is her ability to connect with people. She’s a hands-on leader who believes in empowering her team to achieve their best. Her experience spans both the military and energy suppliers, giving her a unique perspective on how to tackle challenges and develop new opportunities.

Why Louise is the Perfect Fit for Tritility

At Tritility, we’re always looking for ways to innovate and improve the way we do things – and that’s exactly what Louise excels at. Her strategic approach and understanding of operational processes align perfectly with our aim to deliver smarter energy solutions for businesses. We’re excited to see how she’ll help us take our operations to the next level.

Beyond her technical skills, Louise’s leadership style is a natural fit for our culture. She’s collaborative, forward-thinking and committed to developing talent within her team. That’s why we’re confident she’ll be a driving force in helping us maintain our high standards while continuing to grow.

Reinforcing Our Commitment to Equal Opportunities

Louise’s appointment is another proud moment for us as it underscores our commitment to equal opportunities. With Louise on board, we maintain our 50% female leadership team, showing that we’re serious about creating a workplace where gender diversity is the norm, not the exception.
